BCCSL Season Kick Off Info

The BC Coastal Soccer League (BCCSL) is set to kick off the 2023-24 season on September 9th and 10th. Almost 1500 teams coming from as far east as Chilliwack, as far west as Sechelt, and as far north of Pemberton will take to the pitch throughout the Lower Mainland in the following divisions, U11-U18 Divisions 1 and 2 and U13-U18 Division 3. New to the BCCSL this season is the addition of U11 and U12 Division 3 teams, these teams will kick off their season September 16th and 17th.

The BCCSL Staff and Board have worked hard in the background to create, wherever possible, competitive, geographically aligned divisions at each level of play offered in an effort to try and reduce travel for the first half of the season. Playing all scheduled games leading up to the Holiday Break is of utmost importance to every team registered in the BCCSL, especially for all teams registered U14-U18 as standings will be used to seed Coastal Cup and League Championships.

“We are excited for the new season.” said BCCSL Chairperson Scott Fletcher β€œWe have made some changes this year that we certainly hope will enhance the overall experience for our teams. Moving forward, the League will remain committed to continuous improvement in terms of delivering a positive soccer experience for our teams, players, coaches and officials. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to wish all teams the best of luck in the 2023-24 season.”
